Fuck it someone brought it up in another thread.. what's up!

I got a really bad shoulder, dislocated it 60 or 70 times.. I'm curious what you guys know about HGH as far as restoring joints? I've got bad soft tissue in there..

As far as steroids go I just want to use whatever to seriously cut some pounds. I'm ready to be shredded and I'll cheat to do it! :b

Dude, I have buddies that

Dude, I have buddies that juice that are my age and their joints are fucked already. So thats a no go for sure

Isn't HGH ridiciously expensive?

Anyways, if you have joint issues my aunt just told me about some oyster oil supplements that are supposed to be great for joint health

Taking GABA supposedly helps

Taking GABA supposedly helps stimulate HGH at certain doses. It's probably one of the more "natural" ways of going about to increase your HGH. It also has benefits such as helping induce relaxation as it decreases neural activity, similarly to alcohol.

I have no knowledge on using

I have no knowledge on using hgh or any drugs for that matter on restoring joints. That said, I know someone that was taking deca (an anabolic steroid) and it helped a lot with his fucked shoulder. But it's probably not your best answer for the long term. You'll probably have to stay on the juice to be able to lift heavy pain free. And that can have a negative impact on your longterm health and natural production of testosterone.

There's definitely no need for anabolics to get lean as fuck. Especially if you want to get chiseled and maintain that state. Using drugs or shit to get there will make it tricky to stay there when you come off them. Plus many of these drugs come with side effects like the EC stack or clembuterol.

You're decently lean now, aren't you? Somewhere around 12-13% body fat, no? You could get down to 8% in a bout 10 weeks of solid training and nutrition. Just a matter of maintaining strength and hitting the right number of calories and macronutrients. Once you have those figured out it's just a matter of finding the absolute easiest and most enjoyable way to hit your macros. For fat loss I like calorie intake around 12 per pound of bodyweight with 40% protein and 30% carbs and 30% fats.

A few tips that work ganbusters

Skipping breakfast and fasting until lunch is awesome. Plenty of health benefits from intermittent fasting. As well, it affords you with the luxury of being able to eat considerably large meals while getting lean as fuck. I eat two massive meals of lean protein, potatoes and veggies per day. Plus another smaller meal of cottage cheese before bed. All this while being in a soid 500-600 calorie deficit. I know a lot of people, when they swtich to this approach, they complain about being way too full. It is like the ultimate diet hack. You feel like your bulking yet you get leaner and leaner each week. I avoid drinking calories (protien shakes included). Only supps I take right now are BCAA before fasted training. Lift heavy 2-3x per week and aim for about 40-60 miutes of brisk walking on rest days. Sounds fucking simple as hell. But when people switch to this approach, strength goes through the roof and you lean down with relative ease. Throw in a refeed day 1-2x per week with very high carbs to boost leptin and dropping to single digit body fat becomes effortless.

Oh and definitely recommend eating your favorite foods every now and again. It will be a lot easier to stick to a diet if you let yourself eat good foods as long as you fit it into your macros for the day. I routinely consume low fat icecream with chocoalte chips a few times per week to hit my carb and fat numbers. I also eat plenty of delcioous meats and potatoe recipes.

Finally one passage really helped for me. THis is from Practicing the Power of Now.

"Set yourself a goal and work towards it. Be aware of where you want to go, but honour and give your fullest attention to the step that you are taking at this present moment. If you become obsessively focused on the goal, perhaps because you are seeking happiness, fulfillment, or a more complete sense of self in it, the now is no longer honoured. IT becoems reduced to a mere stepping stone to the future with no intrinsic value. Your life's journey is no longer an adventure. Just an obsessive need to arrive, to attain, to make it. You no longer see or smell the flowers by the way side either. Nor are you aware of the beauty or the miracle of life that unfolds around you when you are present in the now."

Fucking gold shit. When you embrace this outlook, acheving any goal becomes far more smooth and enjoyable.

Look into Orange Triad. It's

Look into Orange Triad. It's a pretty awesome multivitamin that supports bone and joint health. Kills two birds with one stone.

Other than that, I would look into rehabbing with some sort of elastic bands. HGH and steroids will not help very much. In fact, they'll make you wanna go harder in the gym and possibly cause MORE injury.

I recommend taking up

I recommend taking up swimming for getting cut. I've swam since I was 8 years old and It's probably the best fitness workout for you and doesn't fuck up your joints. Butterfly especially, will get you that cut 8 pack, shoulders and Lats. I say NO GO on the roids, too many bad side-effects :((

If you're serious about

If you're serious about getting your arm rehabilitated properly I'd say the best way would be to find a trainer with Paul Chek certification who has some experience, comes referred, be patient and do the work. Corrective/ rehab training is repetitive, tedious and boring, not to mention frustrating. What you're suggesting sounds like you're heading for a lot of pain, damage and heartbreak.

Fuck that shit. Are you

Fuck that shit.

Are you eating enough? Might sound counter intuitive but restrictive diets can be detrimental to your metabolic rate. You want you metabolic rate as high as possible.

Things that increase it:

High intensity training e.g. heavy weights, sprints etc

Things that decrease it:

Steady state cardio, restrictive diets.

come at me with more info and I will make you a beast ;)

Dude, I totally haven't been on here for a while, did you miss me?

What does metabolic rate have

What does metabolic rate have to do with repairing a bad shoulder?

Like I said, it's gonna fucking suck and be tedious but real rehabilitation is the way to go.

The issue is I have to regrow

The issue is I have to regrow some soft tissue. Or get a bionic arm. Which might be a good option for me

Egoscue would say you have to develop the right muscles (and the right muscles might not be the ones that look obvious, sometimes they are in a totally different body part) so there is less tension in the tendons. His exercises can help with that

not sure if srs, but just incase you are. I'm not reffering to his shoulder problem, that's just silly.

As for the shoulder, pay to see a physio. One fixed my shoulder up real good last year

Oops, I momentarily forgot about your shoulder issue and got focused on the getting ripped part. Yeah you're right, maybe you don't want to do that.

Whipping out the kickboard and doing dolfin kick, will do wonders for your lower body. You don't ever see pudgy swimmers, or hear about them getting taken out by an injury. There's a reason for that.

Tradingbr that's some good

Tradingbr that's some good shit I've heard of that. Uhh.. at this point my shoulder is very strong, even the small muscles. But I want to be able to do high impact athletics without worrying about it coming out. Kris what did you do to your shoulder?

I did butterfly in high school on the swim team.. probably a part of the reason why I injured myself 2nd yr of wrestling in college. SuperV I'm not sure why you brought up the lower body dolphin workout, but I had two girls in my pool the other night and stuck my cock in both of them so I feel I've got the lower body pool workouts down. Thx tho

I had a Shoulder impingement

I had a Shoulder impingement from pounding it on the bench press, bicep curls and not focusing enough on keeping good posture and stretching. I was like a shredded kwazimodo. My physio mobilized my shoulder and did a bit of fascia work on the bicep as well as showed me some stretches... all was fine, until 2 days ago. I had a week off and then started a new program and started more of a power based workout. The heavy weights gone and made my shoulder sore again :(

Hopefully it's just because I need to stretch it out/ foam roll it.

Injuries are the worst thing ever for us dudes going to the gym who love it.
