Sticking point: getting flaked on

Okay guys, one of my biggest sticking points is getting flaked on. I cold approached this super hottie and the in person interaction went pretty decent. Also, I go to school at BYU... so it depends on the girl and how committed she is to her religion as to how I run my game. With this girl I found out quickly she was one of those goody mormon ones. What went wrong, and how could I have improved this?
Me: Of course I would get a 15 min lecture from a cop for jwalking # only in rexburg

You were pretty harsh with your language but funny enough it seems to have hooked her. If you have problems with her responding later on it's obvious she'll respond to that kind of thing again. Not sure if the quick transition to meeting up will work? I might be wrong.
