EDIT:
You know what. I just realized I never gave credit to the person who taught me all of this. If you've read this article and found any value in it, or anything else I've ever posted here, go and read this book immediately:
A Bug Free Mind by Andy Shaw
www.abugfreemind.com
These books taught me how to eliminate all negativity, fear, worry, anxiety, etc from my mind and my life - plus so much more. I'm invulnerable to negativity - nothing affects my internal state as I don't allow it. It's unfair to negative people who come at me to attack as it's a one sided fight - they're still vulnerable to attack while I'm untouchable. It really is awe-inspiring and amazing to have this power with your mind. I feel good always, make other people around me feel good, create wealth effortlessly, and only good things happen to me in life. I'm not just saying these things to make myself feel good - I live this as a way of life. And I wish for you to experience this as well.
All the best. Cheers.
Wow I've only read about half of this and it's already given me a lot to think about and utilise, thanks for taking the time to write this man.
Bookmarked for later
Amazing, thank you!
Awesome post mang. I wrote out my list earlier today and already did the 15 minute exercise. Pretty sweet
Life's good mang, hit me up let's talk.
By the way guys this is one of my oldest buddies I grew up with this fucker. We used to make bombs at his house back in middle school
I've got an entire arsenal of great techniques I'll share here from investing to Mindset and marketing. Get rich - it's your birth right to be financially abundant ;)
Since reading this op I've started noticing my own attitude towards tasks that I am proficient at and that I succeed at regularly. It is very much like what you describe above: when I first observe the task before me, I feel a tinge of excitement, the feeling of imminent success. Instantly I create a visualization which includes the steps to success, the action, the completion and outcome. I can see and feel myself doing the thing as im beginning to do it. The success is a foregone conclusion. I'm starting to see the power of this mindset. The problem it seems is that when its a task that is uncomfortable or unfamiliar we put up imaginary barriers that supersede the natural success visualization sequence (for lack of a better term). We get derailed by our own mind.
A.j. you got it exactly right - that's natural goal setting exactly. We all do this naturally, some people just have it more than others. It's YOUR mind, so as you get better at this, you can implement your own understandings to get it done more efficiently; keep practicing on small things and you'll strengthen your ability to do this, then your bigger life designs/goals get accomplished effortlessly. Just remember the important part is the visualization and the Knowing that it is Certain (there's no effort involved in knowing it will be completed).
Now the barriers that come up, that's the importance of going through the mind control part first. You guys are still young, so you'll have less barriers to get through. If your ego at any time during the process jumps in and gives you Doubt - observe that doubt as it will sabotage you if you don't deal with it. The key is to elminate any doubt or negativity created by your ego.
Cheers
I think there's another adoption of this exercise you can do.. where you see your goal and the steps to get there, but you also picture and visualize the consequences. You pick the outcome.. this helps you feel more secure so you just go for it without hesitation. And what's happening is your brain/behavior is subconsciously aiming in the direction of the outcome/consequences you want.
For example, as a dating and lifestyle coach, there's always been the bizarre success barrier (and this is incredibly widespread) of not wanting to attract too much attention to ourselves.. because we can't control what kind of attention it is. E.g. we could get labeled in so many different ways, and have actually already been labeled in so many negative ways.. but when you picture beforehand how you want to be perceived.. this starts to happen as well.
It's great I discover a Big negative pattern after reading all this : judgemental toughts about other people around wherever I go again, I believed it was like a cycle, but it's nothing other than a thought.
Filtering these destructive pattern by changing my beliefs : get always a good outcome from the person you interacted with or the girls you fucked,
interesting new belief
also found that so useful in my case :
1. Do they like me? No
2. Do I feel bad about it? Yes
3. Does this help me? No
Pure Gold post, thank you very Much man, I send you a blessing ;)
Bump.
Funny, one of my old buddy introduced me to a businessman coming from a network marketing company 2 days ago, have a rendez-vous on monday, for discovering.. sweet stuff. I think that exercise pretty much Worth it lol. freaky..
Geezus man.
"As example, when I first started getting into Eckhart's teachings I became really present and good at 'no mind' - but what happens is, you lose your old mental identity and then you form a new one as this 'enlightened' present to the moment type of person who already 'knows' this stuff."
Well said. That is what happened to me.
I formed an identity based around "knowing" everything. Doesnt work.
Thanks for the post, very well said.
"Say yes to yes and say no to no."
yo mang, super happy you posted this in the other dudes thread on getting money. Otherwise I would have never stumbled on it.
Have read though this stuff already thrice since then. And I'm still excited about it. I KNOW this advice will play a key role in my next big steps up in life.
Will practice the shit out of these exercises in the coming months.
I think one of the reason this made me so excited, because I never thought it realistic to have that much mind control. And so I never even aimed at it. And I meditate regularly already and it does so much for me. But this would still be something entirely different. and somehow you managed to convince me that indeed it is possible. And if THIS is possible, I will get it!
And then the visualiation stuff is just something I had been thinking lately I was missing out on, but wasn't really sure how to go on about. And pooof, here comes the solution. Great. great, Great.
I still got a big stupid smile on my face as Im writing this. Ha! So thanks a lot for this and good luck to you. I hope you already got those multi-millions rolling again for you ;)
Will report back come time with results.

G O L D.
I don't experience negativity anymore, I may notice it, but never lasts in my presence - and any outcome I desire in any kind of situation that life throws at me, I get. Simple as that.
No wonder you were friend with MW. As one rules of the Universe state: like attract like. Or as I say: Badass attract Badass.
And you were building bomb in middle school together.
Even my spider approve this forum.
Jabronovich always drops some pure awesomeness
This is very similar to the advice given in "Think and Grow Rich". It's definitely worth checking out. The audio book is on Youtube so you can download it and listen to it in bed, working out, going for a walk, etc.
Thank you this is very useful. I'm have much clearer and inspiring mental images/feelings of being great with women and not on money. I can totally see how lack of control of my mind and emotional states has been causing lackluster results in the money area. Thanks bud.
Guys, I have a really hard time doing the visualizations. The right emotions just aren't there. Anything spacial/visual is just really tough for me, how can I improve this? the only time I get detailed visualizatons is lucid dreams.
Can you elaborate on what you mean?
Alright, don't 'try' to visualize, this isn't the important part anyway. If you 'try' and force visualization, then that's exactly what you'll get, more trying and forcing. If at any time you ever feel like you're 'trying' or forcing something, then stop and do something different.
I understand that some people think they have trouble, that's fine. They're just over thinking it. We all visualize automatically - think of your car, refrigerator, a flower - instantly your mind sees a picture. So it's not an issue of not being able to do it. When we were children, we would daydream all the time about cool stuff, we just seem to lose as we get older from non-use.
But for sure, getting really good at using your mind to visualize situations or experiences in detail, takes some practice. But don't worry about all that, the only thing that matters is the feeling or End Result.
Okay so to get good at feeling the right emotions - feeling grateful - just take some memories of something small, nothing over the top. It can be something simple, like having a drink with a friend at the pub. Something small and insignificant that made you feel good.
My mentor said something about this awhile back:
It's basically your ego getting in the way of your progress here, not allowing you to feel right. Be aware of your ego 'trying' to stop you and just observe it's irrational behavior.
Bring in a positive memory at least 4 times per day, this will give you massive power. Or by holding 15 minutes of positive uninterrupted thought every day, you'll become invulnerable to negativity.
Keep focusing on the end result. The details or the how do not matter so much, they'll work themselves out automatically. How do you feel now that you have what you desire in life? Now that you're living financially free and experiencing your life, it feels good right? You feel grateful right? It's a done deal and was easier than you thought. Enjoy that feeling. Or "How do I feel now that this project is completed?" etc.
The visualization gets easier and easier with continued use, but it's not important, all that matters is how you feel. So allow yourself to feel really good often. In fact, don't ever allow yourself to feel bad, there's no point. You should always be delighted with yourself. "Any negative feelings are just signals for you to flip to feeling good." So just reach for the thought that feels best. But don't 'try' to think positive. "The aim of the wise is not to secure pleasure, but to avoid pain."
Not only is this the way to design your life or achieve a particular desire, but this is also the best and easiest way to take control of your mind. It's really just a focus, choosing to stick with one thought that YOU chose, and not let your ego think about something else (usually it makes you feel bad). Using this skill is also the best way to install behavior change in your subconscious mind. There are tons of reasons why gratitude is beneficial, but the most important is it's use in getting exactly what we desire in life - it's a direct connection to your subconscious mind which does all the hard work for you. Your conscious mind (what you consciously use and are aware of) doesn't even come to close to what your subconscious is capable of. Figure out how to use it right and you'll get whatever you desire easily and effortlessly.
Okay, you didn't leave much info here so I'll just explain this broadly. This is a very powerful skill to master, so listen and apply.Alright, don't 'try' to visualize, this isn't the important part anyway. If you 'try' and force visualization, then that's exactly what you'll get, more trying and forcing. My mentor said something about this awhile back:
"Slow it down. Replay the day in your mind as if you were there again but doing it in slow motion. Where were you, stop looking at what you saw, and look around at what you didn't see. Look around where you were. Do just a few minutes before and a few minutes after. You are being there again. It's a very emotional thing when it is such a wonderful moment and the more you go into it the more it will lose the feeling of a sad representation. What's happening there is your ego is fighting it and causing that feeling. Basically do not give the pri*k the satisfaction of tainting that memory in any way. Go and experience it, you were there after all, so all you are doing is remembering."It's basically your ego getting in the way of your progress here, not allowing you to feel right. Be aware of your ego 'trying' to stop you and just observe it's irrational behavior.

Here's something you should do everyday - step into the greatest version of yourself, this is really simple. You guys go out a lot, so I'm sure you've experienced being in flow state when you're approaching lots of girls. Remember a time when you were fully in state, just completely confident and feeling good. Think of how your voice sounded, your posture, your facial expression, just completely confident, relaxed and feeling good, vibing and gaming girls. Slow it down and see yourself there, then just step inside of yourself and take on all those qualities. Feels good. The visualization gets easier and easier with continued use, but it's not important, all that matters is how you feel. So allow yourself to feel really good often. Sorry for the lack of detail earlier. You nailed it though, my ego fucks with the visualizations and gives me the wrong emotion. I think I understand it now.
Meow are you still kicking the ball around? Day dreaming about sports is a fantastic way to improve off the field. Watch you favourite highlight reels on youtube or remember times when you were kiling it
Good stuff OP that was very insightful thanks for taking the time to put that together.
I especially agreed with the part about making goals engaging and enjoyable to crush.
The importance of taking control, you expressed that in a very good way.

Yes excellent. I'm sure you already do visualizations about soccer, this will be your gateway to the whole thing. Visualizing and breaking down particular stretches of your game.. why you could have/should have moved the ball this way or that, how you could have succeeded in getting the ball past a certain defender or how the team as a whole could have made a play work out rather than lose control of the ball, etc.

This is exactly what the book Psychocybernetics is essentially about. It actually used a study on soccer, getting the ball in once, and visualizing about it 20 minutes each day, ad Comparing it to actual practice of an hour each day. I dont remember the numbers but I do remember the visualization and the actual work were a literal percent off from eachother.

oh ya totally. Visualizations were my coaches shit, and I never listened to him. Then I realized he was right and I felt like a dumbass lol
All the best players I know are obsessed with watching soccer, playing fifa, creating new set plays , etc. I think this kinda stuff mentally prepares us to perform, kinda like how nightmares are thought to be there to prepare us for real danger.

Thanks again for all this Jabronavich,
You suggest getting the book or audiobook or videos from this Andy Shaw guy?
I'm thinking of getting the audiobook
I got both. And I would defintely recommend the books first. As when you read, you have time to stop, think about it, re-read and apply before moving on.
These aren't "normal" books, in the way that you read them once and then you're done. You're never actually finished reading these books, unless you were raised by successful parents to think this way.
I read, and when I don't have time to sit down and give my full attention, I listen to the audios (current chapter on repeat).
Thanks brother!
Will definitely get the 2 books even though they're on the expensive side for me right now
But if this shit helped you become a legit millionaire, there's no doubt I'm gettin it :)
