The Success Principles - Great Book
Anyone read this book? I have the book but I'm going through the audio book now. It's fucking gold, so effective. Going to start putting this shit into practice.
Also, starting the hypnosis relaxation routine again. Although this time I'm going to listen to it each morning as soon as I wake up. The problem is that when I do it at night, I fall asleep within 10 minutes and don't get to really listen to it. As well, at night I like to sign off and just chill and not do anything. So morning might be better for me.
But when I was listening to it consistently, I was a bad ass mother fucker!

Just ordered the book! Gonna start with that book before I get into monsters and magic sticks.
It's crazy! Whenever I listen to the hypnosis audio, it's like my body is programmed to get lean! My appetite is diminished and my adherance is crazy as fuck. Like these scripts are amazing. Which script did you use from the book MW?

Oh shit! So you had to combined like 12 scripts to make the entire 30-40 minute audio? Damn. I thought that was one single script. I ordered the book thinking I'd get more routines. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Btw I've been listening to it every single morning instead of night. Do you see any issues with that? I find I'm much better at sticking to it if I listen to it as soon as I wake up.
I listen to the hypnosis then I reread my goals and affirmations and get started on the day. At night I don't like to have to do anything haha. Just watch tv or something then hit the bed. Perhaps that's not idea. I could always just listen to some solid audiobooks before bed.
Yeah that's probably pretty cool I should probably do more hypnosis/affirmations in the morning. I used to from time to time..
