Becuase, you see- if you're fucking ASHAMED of the fact that you have desires (Sexual, professional, personal)- how are you EVER Going to create and stick to a gameplan- how can you DELIBERATELY succeed at something, if you can't even admit to yourself that you have the right to achieve- you're stuck fluttering in the wind with no direction, no gameplan, no PATH because you can't even admit to yourself what it is that you fucking want in the first place.

Excitement is a boyish
Excitement is a boyish emotion.
Excitement is directionless intensity- it's the hallmark of a boy without direction, without purpose- without any knowledge or understanding of what it is they truly want.
A man goes after what he wants and that process can only even START to begin when you ALLOW YOURSELF to HAVE a desire or a goal. Because when your thoughts and words aren't in alignment with what you want- how the fuck do you expect to be able to create a gameplan or a roadmap. It's not possible. So when your thoughts and words, that you tell YOURSELF... aren't in alignment with what you TRULY want- you will ALWAYS be directionless, without purpose.. You will FOREVER be a boy, while you watch the MEN take what the fuck it is that they want.
You may feel like you belong with the men but you will never truly have a seat at the table, until you can tell yourself what it is you want and CHANNEL the intensity and focus that you have. You will never have a SEAT at the table, until you can admit to yourself what it is you want and use that understanding to create an ACTION plan.
You may have all the hallmarks of a successful person and others may see that and want to give you a seat at the table because they see potential in you- they see all the qualities of someone who could truly blow up and be great- But here's the thing: NOBODY can GIVE you a seat the table- it doesn't matter how much they like you, how cool you are, how much passion and intensity you have- NOBODY can give you a seat the table- you have to TAKE THAT SHIT. You have to get to the point where you recognize your goals.
You have to get to the point where you are READY TO BE A MAN.
When you are finally ready to be a man- you will allow yourself to stop standing at the side of the table. You will tell whoever is sitting down, to scoot over, you will bring your own chair over and you will sit right beside them.

Excitement is a boy emotion. Men don't get amped up and listen to pump up music in the gym. They focus intently on what they are doing and get it done to the best of their ability. Same in life it's not amping up and trying to break down success barriers. When I used to do that I'd go ape shit then fizzle out after the energy wore off. Now I get shit down energy or not
