I think this is lost. I tried to keep it simple and push for meet. Not sure If i do the right thing here.
You kinda bought into her stupid "I'm too busy" frame. Like every time you initiated with her, your questiion was "Are you not busy so we can meet up?" You should read Manwhore's 19 Rules of Textgame. You need to follow the rules about re-engaging.
Also, what did you do instead of going out with her? Anything interesting? If not, you should. She needs to know that your life doesn't revolve around her.

My life's actually really busy. I wish I have more time of the days. Jobs, dreams, biking, swimming... That sort of things but I put going out at the bottom of that list :(.
