Tips on Being Less Tired In-Field

So I've been going out every night for a little over a week now and sall good, just wondering if anyone has any tips on how not to be tired. Like I'm going hard every night, 4-5+ hours and usually end up home no earlier than 4 or 5... and it's like when you're in field, you're constantly walking (sometimes running) around and it's just real easy to get tired... any suggestions
I'm currently eating super healthy (protein + Fat.. no carbs), working out, meditating.. I take a nap before I head out but tonight that just wasn't enough. And usually by the end of the night, I'm noticebly dragging... literally sometimes like slapping myself to snap out of it.

I rarely drink soda so when I'm out I usually drink some and that seems to sort of give me "energy" or maybe its just being in-state gives the energy. But yea like that I don't seem to get tired/sleepy but what I do get is my feet and back hurt from standing / walking / running all night (unless thats what you mean).

Try experimenting with naps. Like, add another nap earlier in the day. Just adding another 20 minutes could do wonders.

Take a night off. You're obviously going to get more tired as the days go on. It's natural to have a low energy/down day so don't think of it as a bad thing and don't put yourself down for feeling down. Trust me, the more tired you get the more you're going to get in your head and fuck up as you'll start going back to the 'old you' due to old habits and exhaustion. Just get some rest, take a day or two off, rest, go over your reports, practice drills, listen to Tolle, sleep early. I've actually been out every single day since last monday and I'm fucking tired as shit. 6 dates in a row with 5 girls (6 if you count last night but not really a date, still had a makeout though), that shit is tiring man lol. I haven't felt this low energy and down for a few weeks now and I'm really looking forward to getting back in the gym tonight and taking it easy + going to bed early. Actually I'll probably do that all week to be honest, I am burned out, probably put on some Tolle each night to keep my head on track

You could try drinking a preworkout drink like white flood like 20 mins before you go out if you are tired. It should give you some energy.

wow 4-5 hours every night. i'm jealous. if you keep up that pace - you're bound to start pulling like no other. A lot of times shit just OPENS up at 3am. It's the magic of the 4th quarter. I make sure i never leave before 4am on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
I personally think the cardio (play soccer 4-5 times a week) allows me to keep up the stamina and still be sleep deprived. Although i'm not as mentally alert and retarded on nights where I'm running around on say 4 or 5 hours of sleep - if i'm well rested I can game for like 6 to 9 hours sometimes - that's what it takes.
Although i'm lazy as fuck sometimes and usually don't leave till like 12:30 and then call it a night around 2 to 2:30 depending on what's going on. Although I should probably start to game around 11 - i never really was a fan of the whole warm-up thing. Maybe i should do 5 hours of game for a month straight and see how it helps my results.
Also once you get a boner (my measure of a decent night) you won't want to leave - at least i don't.

Yah I'm going out all the time right now because I'm taking night classes in the fall so I'm not going to get all the little time i have right now to dedicate to womanizing.
It depends on your life goals, if you don't have much to do at the moment then go out HARD for 4 hours every night to pick up patterns of who wants to get laid when and how IMO.
I'm not a fitness guru - but i just know that running helps my stamina in terms of energy levels (i would say go on 3 mile runs - then progress to high interval training, 80% one block, 30-40% another). Like if I go for a run I have all that adrenaline flowing thru my veins. When I used to box I used to be able to work on like 3 hours of sleep w/o any crashes. So yea for me it's all about running on natural adrenaline.

Yeah look into work out supplements. You can bring a little bit to the bar, mix it with water and chug it when you feel tired. Stay away from the caffiene ones those make you feel like having a heart attack, at least for me. Better to drink coffee for caffiene. Ask at a supplement store what would help and give it a try. I had.. I think taurine or some amino acid that makes you focused once and I almost crashed on the way to the bar. Like I would be focused sooo hard on looking at the traffic light that I would forget to keep the wheel straight. And then I would adjust the wheel but forget to start braking hahaha. Scary. Then I got to the bar and was realllyyy in the zone. Like I was sooo damn focused on just walking and a girl caught my eye. I looked into her sole but was so focused on her eyes I didn't even he's what she was saying haha so weird.

I use Jack3d for my pre-workout & love it. I think it's rated #1 for pre-workout supps.
I've taken it a couple times when I am drowsy and I feel a lot better on it that coffee or caffeine.

Trust - on these slow nights some CRAZYYYY things can happen. you would think sunday nights are not worth it but i've found there's just loose vagina scattered all over the place mann on these kind of "am i really going out tonight" kind of nights...
last night was interesting - i was getting "destroyed" and not even in a blow-out sense till about 1:30 - i just wasn't present - and then i start talking dirty to this girl on the street while slow dancing w/her and i got a boner and BANG BANG BANG i was present afterwards and etc.
