This is good stuff, a good alternative to the jacuzzi thing he was talking about is to take a hot shower and then turn it all the way cold at the end (stay under the cold water for at least 1 min). Its no fun but you feel like a fucking spartan afterwards

This winter was cold AF and my workouts were lagging, I had trouble pushing myself and getting a sweat going completely solved by a sauna post-workout 2-3 times a week.
