That video is fuckin awful. Dude remained quite calm though, and I think he said that he didn't have any real medical training but he was doing a great job triaging wouldn't doubt if he saved a few people.

except this guy was not another sexually frustrated guy because he had a girlfriend apparently who was from the phillipines, just saying because sexual frustration tends to get blamed often as the cause for incidents like this.
