The truth about girls you unconsciously chase
Been really goin hard with Tolle lately starting to realize that nothing good will ever come out of girls you unconciously chase. You can't pull girls unless you are centered within yourself, and if you do, they won't stick around and you will be left in more suffering or you guys will constantly be stuck in conflict. I'd almost go as far as saying that the universe manifests your inner state and that as long as girls are being used to fill a void true happiness and success will not occur with them.

I've said for the longest time that spiritual progression is limited by our biological side. As a chode in scarcity (and to top it off NoFap) I can honestly say I've had good nights with game, and major epiphanies. However, I drift in and out of the "enlightened" mindset and the main reason being that sometimes the biological pressure builds up to the point of being too much to handle. It's funny how in a day's notice I can go from being completely un-stifled with a "full cup" emotionally to a needy beta.
That's why game is great, if you're down now you don't know 100% that you'll be back up but all you can do is trust in the process and hope for the best.

Tolle and meditation is huge. DO you know what else i have found to be helpful with staying centered? You guys may take a shit on the comment but I think its awesome.
The Power of Judge Judy. If you want to watch fantastic frame control and focus watch a few episodes on Youtube.
I wouldnt be as brash as she is with females but she gets all types of manipulative, and cunning/socially crafty people on her show and she stomps it out super quick. And honestly again her focus is amazing.
I would recommend checking out a few episodes for sure.
