You can hook up things like Evernote with gmail so everytime you get an email it's forwarded to evernote and tagged accordingly. You can also link various other things such as social media, SMS of the weather, pretty much anything. I think it's super useful because you can streamline your work style and structure it however you want, I've been using it for the past couple weeks.
