Vegan VS Paleo/Keto diet
Wussup guys.
I made this post just as a little review over my experience with the vegan diet compared to the one that i m having now(keto).
I will skip over the less interesting benefits:
-more energy overall
-constant state and no energy dips along the day
-No bloating
-Less money spent on food
-More food options
-A FUCKING HARD DICK ALL DAY!
The last one was massive.I Was worried in that period that i had some ED or some shit.I took all the vitamins and shit...went to the gym etc.But i was quite meh when it came to sex..No drive at ALL.
And after i switched to keto and meat almost daily i m a tank.I can get the soldier ready to go only thinking about it.I m constantly horny and "hungry" for sex.I blew my mind.
This combined with fasting for about 12h is the shit for me.I personally think that being vegan is not good at all .For men at least.Once i started to fry those stakes my inner cave man got out and im a work horse.
Let me know if you did dietary experiments as well and how did it go?
From what I’ve heard every diet is different for everyone but in most cases I’ve heard similar benefits that your were talking about above^
The only thing I’m confused about when it comes to doing the Keto diet altogether is HOW?!
Do do you have to cook everything with butter, put MCT oil in your water. Talk about it.
Can an you please break it down? Or post/link a site (if Manwhore doesn’t mind) with all the info.
ive been wanting to get into this diet but don’t know how to start. Any time I do research into it, it’s sort of Vague. They usually tend to talk about the KETO flu, which I know more about that then how to actually get started and what foods to eat, etc.
It’s double posting again! Lol
but seriously can you list out what to eat, prep, and stuff like that. You can mention the Keto Flu but please please I want to know more about the meals cooking and all that.
So one of the main things that I got out of this is that Vegan diet made your sex drive shitty as opposed the Keto, where just saluting your soldier is ready for war. Also vegan kinda drained your energy? It sounds like it
Well.. learn how to cook meat in or on the stove. I brine a bunch of meat I leave in a big bowl for the week lol
Brining is paleo, yeah?

seriously? I really want to get into Keto for looking sexier reasons ...
Dude, yes. If you're going to eat paleo you need to know how to cook meat.
Do you eat out a lot right now?
As MW pointed out,you need to learn how to cook meat. But if you are rich you dont need to:))you can go eat out .But as you know, stake is almost everytime the most expensive shit on the menu.
As resources you should check Rhonda Patrick podcast with Joe Rogan.(plus other podcast on JRE because he himself is on a keto diet and he had a ton of guests on the subject),you can also check out Ben Greenfields shit
Some books:The big fat lie,The edge effect.
What i eat on a normal week is :Beef,eggs,sardines,coconut oil,olive oil,butter to fry shit(dont use olive oil on high temp),spices(cayenne pepper,turmeric,pink salt,pepper),chia seeds,quinoa,frozen berry,bannana,sprouts(broccoli),spinach,other vegies.Also pussy is recommanded :))ha
Catch you gotta stop feeding from mommy’s hand ;)
Personally, Ive never liked Keto and how its publicized nowadays. There are numerous studies out there on its benefits but those are really only for sedentary people. You NEED carbs if you’re an active individual.
i’ve tried it and it killed my energy and mood. Had the exact opposite of what Andrew is saying. Ofcourse people can have different results on different approaches. If its working for you man keep doing it!
Check out any of Lyle Mcdonalds stuff though. He’s the actual scientist behind carb backloading, and has studied and is published in this field and ON Keto.
People crash on keto after 6mo. The benefits are really just from the fact that you’re eating clsan food. Steak, eggs, vegetables? Hell ya you’re gonna feel good lol. Especially when you make the shift from the standard american diet filled with grains, gluten, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, and salts.
You need to add carbs to the diet!I eat predominatly keto but add good carbs also.Dont forget this.
Its the mistake i made first and it backfired a bit cause i was imbalanced. You need depending on what activity you do daily at least 200 g carbs. You cant and should not go less then 150 g carbs daily. For this go with some quinoa/brown rice and you are good.Whole fruits.Dates are also good carb source.
