Video Interview w/ Ultimate Man Builder
Tips for Developing Masculine Charisma:
Any of you guys watch this?
Watching it right now, pretty awesome!
Great stuff!
I can relate to how the military strips you down and then builds you up, stronger and more independant than before. I'm the only one in my social circle who did military service and you can really tell how I behave and interact with people different than my buddies. My confidence is at a much higher level so things like talking to strangers, being the first guy in a group to walk into a venue when people are staring at you (this sounds so weird but it seems like a lot of guys don't want to be the first one into a room cause of the attention they might get) and do things that I might not normally do, all just seems natural to me. I see it more as a challenge to take action, instead of just crawling back into my comfort zone. Just like you said, a lot of guys are too approval seeking instead of taking care of themselves first.
Regarding physical training; Besides enduring rigorous training in the military I've been playing sports my entire life and going to the gym regularly for a few years. When I started a new job a few months ago it ment long hours and about 3hrs back and forth to the job every day. I was too tired, the first month or so, to go to the gym when I got home late at night. This meant that I didn't do any physical training at all besides some calisthenics at home. After a month though I started to feel weak, my posture was getting bad and I felt unhealthy in general. After working out regularly for my entire life this feeling was kinda new to me and I realized I had to do something about it.
So I got a pullup bar and a kettlebell and started doing bodyweight exercies + KB exercises pretty much every, or every other, night for a couple of months. The results have been insane. Now I have that strong feeling in my body again and even though I don't go to the gym right now, I do intense workouts at home with just a pullup bar a kettlebell and my bodyweight, as well as hill sprints during the weekends. You just feel better and healthier and I think that other people can sense that in you as well. When you know you look good naked, that will reflect on how you interact with women. So I recommend everybody who ain't doing some sort of physical activity right now, to get started asap. Get yourself a kettlebell and start doing some bodyweight exercies combined with say kettlebell swings, and you'll notice a change in your body pretty quick.
Keep up the good work!
^ He nailed it.
I pretty much have a mini gym in my home office. Nothing too crazy just a pullup bar some 20lbs dumbells a BOB punching bag and your momma sitting in the corner making me sandwiches. I hung four mirrors up on the wall I've been taking hip hop dance classes the last several months so practice that shizz like a boss when your momma's not lookin'. Plus my camera equipment which I've been neglecting I need to get on a new vid asap.
