No, it's not about the 'tn'
It's about the
we still on for drinks vs. you still up for drinks.
The first one you're giving her control, by saying 'WE'... You're basically leaving fate up to her in the way you use we.
The second one is just seeing if she's up for it. It doesn't effect your night. It has the style that if she says no, you'll still be fine.
If a guy really wants something to happen and go on, it's doubtful he will say 'hey you still up for drinks'. He'll probably not do that.
