Anyone know why they arrested the black guy in the first place?

His car was nearby playing music too loud while they were trying to deal with something. Also he was video recording what they were doing claiming that he just wanted to be sure no ones rights were being violated. He was probably being a minor nuisance so fuck it, shoot his dog I guess, seems legit. God help us. I have a rottie, I can't even watch this.

I love anonymous when it comes to cases like this. The Steubenville rape case was also on point. 

I remember when all the 99% protests were happening. Watching the police brutality at those and the g20 riots here in Toronto... It was truly sickening

not the whole story. they were dealing with a robbery and the dude comes up looking for trouble and trying to fuck with the cops.

"Looking for trouble" and playing his music loud does not equate to grounds for arrest and murder of his dog. Unbelievable

Awesome. What I think is insane and horrible, is that that cop was looking for a reason to use lethal force. What the fuck. That is wrong on so many levels 

Ya, but you can't control the whims of an insane cop. You can, however, install a new protocol by which you can hold everyone accountable. Also I can't wait to see what hand-to-paw combat looks like, sounds hilarious.  The only dog-jitsu move I know so far is "the wheelbarrow"
