What's involved in making something like this a fitness reality??

Excessive calisthenics and yoga? I know there's a lot of "small" muscle groups that need to be strengthened to make a lot of this possible, and that once you do this some of this becomes easier.. but where do we start? I am down to do this stuff every day.
C'mon dude I don't have parallel bars. I got a pullup bar tho.. I can probably improvise and create some dip type workouts, as well as figure out how to start doing their "suspended plank" type exercises.
Bateman get in here you pasty ass ninja. Meet the pasty ninja that goes to the tanning salon
Lol mw - grow up, you're not 8 years old anymore.
This stuff looks cool as fuck.
But you have to ask yourself if you want to spend years practicing daily and working on these 'planche' and 'handstand' skills.
Or if you want to build real strength and muscle.
Are you concerned with being a gymnast or building a strong, powerful and goodlooking physique.
If it's the latter, then you want to avoid these highly technical moves. The work/reward ratio sucks for them.
Work on muscle ups, one arm pull ups, handstand push ups against the wall. But don't even waste your time with the planche. It's stupid as fuck. Work on front levers.
I' m coming down hard because you're about to be goal hijacked.
People see some flashy moves and they lose the real purpose behind their training.
They then practice the fuck out of these moves for several months and still suck at them.
If you want to be a gymnast, be a gymnast. Otherwise stay away from this shit, it's a black tunnel into sucking balls and draining time.
**Drops the gawd damn mike**
I've been doing martial arts since I was 9 yrs old. I do some gymnastics, flying monkey kicks, I catch bird seed out of the air with my teeth. I've been accused of being Batman more than once. I'm ready
I can break an acorn between my two big toes

Lay the pullup bar on the ground so the rounded area is facing up. This seems to create a nice little setup to do the "suspended plank" you speak of.
I've trained my penis to be prehensile... It's pretty handy sometimes
