Any of you fellas had to deal which roaches? This new joint is dope but but neighbors roaches, though its too good otherwise for the rent it gets! Im thinking of hiring a monthly exterminator since that is would still be cheaper than an inner city studio. This is my main delemna!
Roaches are persistent as fuck.. and you're bordering an Indian restaurant right? The ONLY thing I could think to do to actually get a one up on roaches is to report the infestation to the city and have inspectors come out. You are fully entitled to do that and they'd definitely do something about it. Only thing is is you'd be fucking with someone's livelihood so I'd contact them first, be firm and say hey if you don't handle this I will have inspectors come out. Or you may want to go in there and talk to them about it without the threat first and see their attitude. If they're assholes just spring it on them, if they're nice figure out something else maybe.
