idk what the deal is with "renting" a bar- can we change the entire decor/name/internior/exterior

Or do we basically just get to pay like 15g to manage it?

I Havent contacted the poster yet but my understanding is we need 100k to buy out the lease and then it will be 15k a month to run and operate it.

so i think we would be able to change the whole decor/etc

Def am interested in starting up a bar at some point in my life but there's a lot that would have to go into it

I mean, how much do bars in that area pull in nightly/monthly/yearly?

100k down payment + 15k a month... 

So many questions that need to be researched. 

But if it turns out to be a good deal, I'm all for getting a loan and doin the damn thing

We're really just interested at this point- a ton of work has to go into researching this though if I'm gonna take out a phat loan

Hey im just as interested as you are - i was just into the realestate investing thing and came accross this post, i have no knowledge of this kind've investing but we can do research together and weigh in the pros and cons of this transaction
