Windows of Opportunity

Hey guys,
as you may/may not know I'm working at a summercamp this summer. Everybody here is in close-quarters/we see each other all the time.. Same goes for campers who stay for week-long durations.
Anyway, this leads me to my question. On Monday this girl who is here for the week started smiling at me, giving me IOIs etc. Now there were a couple key instances where I just fucked it up. One was me coming up behind her and her group. And she turned around and smiled. I kinda half smiled at her and then broke eye contact first. That was boo boo #1.
Then she came and got ice cream from me and was smiling at me (I was scooping ice cream that day) and I just didnt capitalize on it. Like I should have just conversed with her, asked her if she's ever been sailing and then told her I would take her...or something. But I DIDN'T.
Boo boo #3: We were going to go play softball Monday evening (campers vs. Counselors) and I went out to the pool where her and her friend were frolicking. I was like "Alright, you girls have 10 minutes to change for softball." They started laughing and were saying they weren't going or whatever. Tried to change their mind but they weren't going. So i went upstairs to get my fam out of the cabin to go. I notice my girl coming up the stairs and I start to get nervous for some gay reason. So she comes up and is like, "Have fun at softball :)" and im like:
*meek voice "Ur lamee" (under my breath sounding like a pussy) and give her this super meek push too... LOL
So While this happens im thinking "WTF WAS THAT?????
So then she stopped IOIing and the window of opportunity for escalation has now closed.
So my question is, have you guys ever run into this sort of thing and how do you open it back up?
I know the answer should be obvious- just be awesome. But i feel that in order to approach this successfully I couldn't just approach her the way I do normally for new girls i.e. direct like: "U play tennis girl? Well ima WHOOP that ASS. Tell u what. If u beat ME, then Ill give u a free sailing lesson ;)"
BECAUSE, the interaction is now stale and if I acted like that she would be like *this guy doesn't know what he's doing.
I guess I'm at a point in this game where I am just not awesome all the time. Like clearly those were 3 MAJOR fuckups and I'm just wondering if there's any way I can redeem myself from situations like these. This is the second time this has happened to me while at this camp (been here for about 6 weeks now) so I was just feeling like a goober today about it.
If there's no way to recover after girls have put you in the "unfuckable" zone then I just really need to step my game up. Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions/experience with this kind of thing.

Wtf dude chill!! Everyone fucks up everyone makes mistakes. We are human being so accept this reality and let her experience you. You cant have a single state all the time. Personally i remember fucking up dozens of easy sets but also i remember banging super hot high self esteem girls. Pick up is messy dude it always fluctuates up and down. Trust me it is very rate where u get the girl without any mistake. Stop regreting, be yourself, chill and approach her like nothing bad happened before. In the worst case scenario there is always another cutie on the corner ;)

If she's too turned off to get past the fact that I initially made some fuck ups then whatever.
