Yo.. any crazy stories or cool successes with the self-hypnosis insomnia recording??
Who's tried it out?
There was one day that I listened to the hypnosis material 6 times during a long car trip. It gave me this crazy lucid dream where my room filled with black smoke, the smoke morped into a lion, and the beast grawled in my face. Since I was lucid I relaxed my body and once I did this I reached out and squashed the lion with my hand. I don't think I've ever dreamed something so vividly.

Oohwee now that's what we're talking about.
I usually sleep pretty good but had real bad insomnia around the time you posted that drill. Couldnt have come at a better time. I found out some real unfortunate news about an old friend and was also probably going through alcohol withdrawal after a weekend away partying. I woke up around the same time everynight wide awake with my mind racing and couldn't get back to sleep for an hour or two. Getting back to regular programming obviously helped but the hypnosis shit made me realize all the muscular tension I was holding when Id go to sleep.
Now I go to sleep feeling like a slice of butter melting all over a big pile of flapjacks. It feels like im laying in bed post orgasm while high. Same vibration and feeling. In fact two nights that experience was really powerful it almost felt like some sort of out of body thing. It was just my conciousness there, breath pumping in and out of dust.
No lucid dreams or experiences like meows. Although I do remember my dreams better in the morning. I used to lucid dream when I worked for myself. I would wake up with a sleep timer app that goes off when your at the lightest stage of sleep, dream journal then go back to sleep for a bit and lucid dreaming was a lot easier in that second sleep. I still struggle with getting enough sleep though, something Im working on.
It seriously just knocks me out. I don't even think I have the opportunity to have any craziness just cuz I go comatose before I can even get near the end.
I'm the same as Infinity, I sleep like a log so I'm usually out within 5 minutes. It's given me great dream recall though, I can remember about 3 times more and with far greater clarity. I also tried it with Joe Rogan's 'Alpha Brain' - now that's a fun time, I remembered almost all of the dreams I had that night and woke up feeling amazing.
I just downloaded a couple videos from youtube for lucid dreaming/sleep hypnosis some with binaural beats and white noise/gentle music. That Jody Whiteley bish has a lot of videos. Can these supplement our own audio recordings or should I just stick with mine? I was going to switch it up and experiment
