Yo did any of you know this simple ab exercise was SO HARD!?
Holy crap. I started out typically cocky, grabbing a weight and trying to go at it. Yo.. not a chance. I had to put the weight down and it was still hard. This is an unworked ab vertical I got going on. Wow I didn't think it was still possible..
Yeah you're stabilizing while you're rotating and you're holding the weight out as far from your center of mass as possible.
