Did this at least twice when I was 19 and 22 before I became a wuss. Yeah I felt the same way to be honest (scummy), funny enough I usually end up getting a BJ or gave the BJ to the chick lol.
The second date for some reason goes a bit better than the first (head).
Every situation varies just be sort of objective with the both and try to eliminate one but if you can't just do the double up.
The second time I did the double up, I could've gotten laid with the first chick but if I would have done that I wouldn't have gotten incredible head from the/a fitness model (the second chick). With that being said I may have dodge a bullet from the first chick, looking back at it.
I had the same voice in my head telling me I shouldn't go for both, but ultimately I figured what do I have to lose, what may I gain?

Ya double booking is chill. Don't feel scummy dude, there is literally nothing wrong w/doing that. If you have the time/money and it is not conflicting w/any of your goals, lean into it haha.
