You guys think Anderson Silva didn't leg check Diaz 'cuz he was unwilling to inflict that sort of pain and suffering onto..
.. another person?
I'm curious as to your guys' thoughts on the fight.
a little too much fucking around and too little effort from both fighters
Yeah, he did not check those. I think it was his way of taunting Diaz and saying his kicks were weak. But also I think he wanted to feel some pain for this fight to be "normal" again, since he had not fought in a long time. I also noticed he had no regard for the headshots Diaz hit him with when he tried those untimely muay thai clinches.
Silva needs more fights to restablish his groove before a title shot.
Vitor's striking has been frightening, and Weidman is a certified beast.
A timid Silva will get mauled.
What yall think about Mcgregor?
Exciting as fuck to watch, and his inner psychology is fascinating.
Never been more amped for a title fight than him vs Aldo.
Yeah I definitely wasn't talking about Silva vs. Weidman, lmao. Or even vs. Belfort. That was definitely not Silva of old this was a dude taking his time and relearning his steps lol. Maybe he already knew he wasn't champion ready yet and wanted to work his way back up, hence why he chose this fight. But two years ago he definitely would have been more aggressive in provoking strikes and starting melees. Still... I think Nick Diaz could have taken it to him harder and we would have seen more from Silva ;) he just never needed to. I think most of us felt that watching the fight. All that being said Silva vs. Nick Diaz was a TIGHT fight to come back with! Ha! Really great idea lmao.
Connor is great. I've been sending his clips to my boxing coach and been picking apart his stance and angles, etc. That being said I've been really examing Mike Zambidis' boxing. That's the hero we deserve, not the batman we need.
What is up with his inner psychology? I couldn't watch his ufc "home video" I got sick and puked after watching him try to play with a dog that obviously didn't like him in his white potato-fed upper class Irish kitchen.
Great example of what "GROUNDED" means.
Often talks about his obsession with human movement, and active meditation.
Dude fights, converses, and moves with fluidity and confidence.
Huge proponent of "Visualization" as well.
.
what do you like about zambidis?
Apparently they took Silva's win away he was on some sort of steroids. As far as Zambidi, are you familiar with him?
Yeah he's like a mini mike tyson in kickboxing rules.
EXACTLY! Lol
