Whats the correct way to go for the meet up over the phone?

Lets say you have been talking for a while and its going good, whats the proper way to go for the meet up
-Authoritative, 'Hey we are meeting up tomorrow at this time'
-Casual 'We have to do xyz', wait for response 'lets do it this or that day'
Some other way?
Ever since I started to study txt game I started to realize how little details can matter in terms of what kind of impression the girl gets from you and the consequence to how much she thinks you are getting laid as a consequence. So I wonder what is the right way
