We always have this type of banter. Idk if its purely joking or if I can actually redeem it by pussyfooting around for so long.
What you need to do is get her out to somewhere public but that's easy to get back to your place, OR, plan something like drinks at a bar, but after she agrees just tell her to meet at your place and you'll both go from there. You can either not leave your place at all, or head to the bar but at least she's used to being at your place.
Keep the texting casual and fun and then just throw something in there like "You busy tonight?" If she says no go with something like, "Aight cotton candy and baby seals. Meet me at such n such a place"
