There's something especially dark and twisted about a girl's relationship with her family- all the social conditioning REALLY comes into play. She's got to be treated like a princess in front of them or somehow she's a slut. So ya making out with another girl in front of her family probably was a no go.
That being said the fact she had the nerve to approach your other girl and talk to her, tells me you're not playing your shit right. I will throw boiling water on her feelings/emotions, etc. You don't have enough of a potential sting factor and girls know this so they give you shit. So it seems that not only did you not have enough intimidation factor going on, neither did your buddy. So you just presented overall a weak image and she used this to her advantage to play her girly ass shit.
