I'm going to rebrand the site.. I'd like some feedback from you guys
"Dating Advice For Fags"
hahaha fuck you..but seriously that's something I've just never liked about the site. It makes me feel like a chick reading "50 secrets to sexiness" out of womans health magazine.
maybe... "sandwich forum"
ill actually let you know when I have a serious title
Manwhore.org
"Turn's you from Fag.. to... non-Fag?"
Manwhore.org
"Getting shit done..."
Manwhore.org
"So, you OBVIOUSLY need help... Welcome :)"
Manwhore.org
"You THINK you know... but you don't"
Manwhore.org
"Just banged a pornstar and her assistant... you?"
"Meet & seduce the woman of your dreams, or just pump 'n dump her"
"Meet & seduce the woman of your dreams, or just pump 'n dump her"
LOL!
Sorry for being so tardy with my response; I lost my phone for a while and have been having internet problems at home. RoK seems to be the aggregator to me becasuse of all the different writers they have. A few of those guys even have their own blogs. RoK just seems to create the memes and set the agenda of the Manosphere because of this. Another thing about RoK is that it accepts it's niche and is totally unapologetic about it. While I don't endorse everyhing that's written on RoK, it's admirable to have that sort of fortitude, and I think that's part of it's appeal. You also can't forget that Roosh was the founder of RoK and he had a sizable credibility cache in the Manosphere when the site launched. Dudes been on the web for like 12 or 13 years.
I asked you about monetizing the site because I wondered if you wanted advertising. To me that's where you either go niche or do a total revamp of the site. Dating advice could be a marketable service, but do you think you could tone it down without damaging your product?
One thing I really enjoy about your forum is the signal to noise ratio. There are people that post here that give great advice, and people that are really receptive and want to learn. Your forum is one of the best I have seen on the web for this, and increased traffic could be deleterious to that because of problems associated with scalability.
Yeah I'm going to start another "manosphere" type community except it's not going to be a bunch of lazy whiners. Hainz posted something from this "Walsh" guy. Those are the kinds of writers I will attract to this community.
I'm not worried about scale, I ran one of the largest forums on the next for years, had a team of moderators I directed. When I stopped truly moderating it it went to shit, and now that I'm gone completely it's in ruins. I know how to handle a global climate. I've got the right guys on here to do it and it's definitely going to happen :)
Ubo you probably don't realize but I have a very successful coaching program. It's usually full and sometimes I have to raise prices to deal with demand. I've got a couple products in the works, but hands-on coaching is my calling.
I am still debating how to create the more mainstream appealing site while still presenting some of the content that I NEED to for actual change.
I got you. I've known about you're coaching for a while now; I was drawn to the site because of that. Didn't know about the previous forum though. I've just watched so many cool spots on the internet go to shit because of moderation problems, either too much or too little. I don't envy anybody in that position though. For my own selfish reasons, please don't rush into it and turn me into a hipster douche. I don't want to have to talk about manwhore.org when it was cool haha.
I don't totally understand what your problems are with Facebook. I'm a little warped though. Have you caught shit in the past? Or is it just an issue of followers?
I like some of the new changes manwhore
