Keep it simple. 

Meet at her place, get drinks. 

Meet at her place, go feed ducks and pop champagne.

Bring your own bottle to start things and open it at her house. Make it in the plan to leave, and have the intent to do so, but create the fun at her place to kick it off. I mean pulling off a 1 year re-connect is a raw move in itself so you probably have a lot of swag. You may not even end up leaving her place depending how powerful your swag chakra is. 

"I just uncovered this 30 year old bottle of Korbel so obvi we are going to down this gem and feed some ducklings to promote a positive ecosystem"

^ Nailed it. That's exactly how you want to handle it. The plan is to leave you're just so awesome you keep the party there. But if she wants to leave then so be it. Look up her area on maps or yelp and have a plan for a place that's close by her spot. Not sure why you picked her place instead of yours

Cool thanks guys. Ended up going on a date. Tried hooking up with her in the bathroom of the tea shop we went to, she kissed me but that's it. She's got her own place but is helping a friend out by letting her stay on her couch. Didn't want me coming up. She's a "good girl" in that she probably wants to make me seem more than just a guy she's fucking if her friend is going to see me coming over, maybe. The other friend she was with when we had the one night stand was cheating on her husband so it was a different setting.

Chose her place cause I live far from the city and that's where I go out on the weekends.

I'll do that next time I'm in a situation like that. Also make the excuse I need to really take a piss and I'll stop in real quick and go from there.

Hm did you know she had a friend staying over beforehand? It's pretty common for girls to find their long-lost virginities when they've got certain friends visiting. That obviously accounts for the fact you'd already banged this girl yet she was being pointed about the fact you two were meeting "somewhere". 

Yeah makes sense in hindsight. I didn't know till we were out and talking. She said her friend's been there for months and got a job recently so she's hoping for her to leave soon. So I'll prob hit her up in a week or two to hang out and test with a joke to see if her friend is still around before then.

I see what you are trying to do, but in this situation I would hold off the guns. Especially in this case you can use the lack of escalation (but still masculine) to ramp up sexual tension. Most guys go for a quick field goal, hold it off and save it for the clutch TD later. She will notice that. Remember she has a janky friend over so now its not only your opinion of her but her friend's as well. Use this as an opportunity to build a lot of comfort between you and your girl. YOU set the boundries on her. Its like Call of Duty AW, if you try to spray someone accross the map and you don' thave the for sure kill its pointless because now the whole team is alerted and you are gonna get flooded on. 

So while on the date or out at the bar focus more on learning her character and communicating that understanding to her. This will get her to open up to you really quick. If you hold your ground on the advancements it further solidifies her comfort with you. 

See if you are the alpha friend that still can hangout without being a hungry hiyena, she would probably be proud to introduce you to her friend. Make her excited to show you off. If you win her friend's approval now its a sealed deal, and you got a new slam piece. You have the sexual connection already; she is just looking for the social validaiton. Anyways, then later in the night while her friend is getting a stiff neck you and your partner can go on a night mission and "feed the hungry duckling".

TLDR: Convey that sex isn't your #1 priority. Enjoy the girl's presense and set high standards for her to operate by. This creates a wormhole in the space time rift and now the "waiting" for sex checkbox has been validated, comfort levels max prestige, allowing you to engage in sexual acts at an interstellar rate. You may begin to get DeJa Vu bevcause you nimbus will be so smooth at this point.

Editor's Notes: Honestly meeting at her place is cool because that way you are on uncharted land and its like looking for a new habitat you can crash at while you go out to the distant galaxy. Ya dig. Lol good moves though overall

Honestly can't stress enough how import that is. Preject (pre-reject) the fuck out of her. She walks around in life with constant hairtrigger dicks(literally) aimed and ready to fire at her like the red coats. So she is on constant alert ready to run. Showing her that you can hold off is like a revolutionary Bill Belichick playcall that changes the game. The coolest part is once you have that super comfort established (BUT STILL MASCULAN) you will be able to peform rapid tactical insertions.

Just be fully committed to hanging out with her socially because girls have really good radar detectors. Can't garuntee anything and always go off your own gut on the chemistry between you two and how you end up directing things. This is how "things just happen". IT will probably be fun to hang with her anyways if she is a cool chick and you will develop even more punchlines and swagger. Win- Win. NFL wont even be able to fine you either.
